These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between rbajibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "your", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the rbajibet website and its associated services, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live casino, fishing games, crash games, and all promotional offerings.

By accessing the rbajibet website, clicking any registration or login button, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you fully understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein. 1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for informational purposes is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Applicable Law

rbajibet operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All matters relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of rbajibet is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform. rbajibet does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

1.3 Service Availability

rbajibet endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or factors outside our control including but not limited to internet service outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events. rbajibet accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

rbajibet is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the rbajibet Platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your own name and for your own account.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and no third party has a beneficial interest in your account or wagers placed through it.
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from rbajibet or excluded by rbajibet due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not employed by, or an immediate family member of a person employed by, rbajibet or any of its affiliated game providers or payment service partners.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on rbajibet. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. rbajibet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending from duplicate accounts.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

rbajibet is designed and marketed primarily for adult players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of rbajibet complies with local laws. rbajibet accepts no legal liability arising from access by players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

To access the full features of rbajibet — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You may also be required to provide a mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent identity verification request is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and possible withholding of outstanding withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security & Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbajibet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. rbajibet will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify rbajibet support immediately at support@rbajibet and change your password without delay.

rbajibet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security, including losses arising from your use of weak passwords, your disclosure of credentials to third parties, or your use of shared or public devices to access the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rbajibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before processing any withdrawal request or at any point during their use of the Platform at rbajibet's sole discretion. Accepted documents typically include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement for address verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

rbajibet supports a comprehensive range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on rbajibet:

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on rbajibet via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200 BDT. Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary by institution. Deposits are credited to your rbajibet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rbajibet does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rbajibet accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your rbajibet account. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be refunded and may trigger account review. rbajibet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your rbajibet account must have passed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fully satisfied. Withdrawals made from real-money balances with no active bonus are processed without wagering requirements.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. rbajibet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

rbajibet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for unusual patterns. rbajibet reserves the right to freeze an account, suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is using the Platform to launder funds or facilitate financial crime. Players must not deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of any third party.

rbajibet offers a variety of bonus promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal event promotions aligned with occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified rbajibet account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the rbajibet welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT. The exact bonus percentage, qualifying deposit amount, and eligible payment methods are detailed on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided and the duplicate accounts being closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by rbajibet are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of offer. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement within the stated expiry period. Any unfulfilled wagering requirement remaining at the time of expiry will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being forfeited.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10%–20%), and sports bets may have specific contribution rates. 5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

rbajibet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies across bonuses, placing low-risk or hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms. If rbajibet determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonus balances, forfeit all bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

All betting and gaming activity on rbajibet is subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game or sport.

6.1 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games available on rbajibet — including slots, table games, live dealer games, fishing games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios. rbajibet does not control or influence game outcomes, which are determined solely by the certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures of each respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to the player's account balance. Winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be honoured.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on rbajibet covers cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets as available. Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time of the relevant event. Live in-play bets are accepted during the event subject to market availability and odds movement. rbajibet reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including in-play markets, without prior notice.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, rbajibet's settlement rules for the affected market will follow the procedures published in the sportsbook rules section. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result, all pre-match bets on the match winner market will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbajibet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook or casino
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information about sporting events
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, reversed payments, or identity fraud

rbajibet is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income, a method to recover financial losses, or an activity pursued under emotional distress. rbajibet provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools to all registered players, free of charge, accessible at any time from the account dashboard.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Either party may terminate the relationship under this Agreement at any time. The procedures and consequences of termination are set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your rbajibet account, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@rbajibet with a written closure request. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and any associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Account Suspension or Closure by rbajibet

rbajibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Use of prohibited software or methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Upon closure by rbajibet due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be held pending investigation. If a confirmed breach is established, rbajibet reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money and bonus balances.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). rbajibet will send a notice to the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT to cover account maintenance costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and, if required, completing a re-verification of their identity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbajibet, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the rbajibet Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or expected winnings
• Loss of data or account information
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods
• Losses arising from a delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any indirect or consequential losses whatsoever, even if rbajibet has been advised of the possibility of such losses

9.1 No Warranty

The rbajibet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbajibet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content contained therein. All game outcomes, odds, and results are provided by third-party certified providers; rbajibet makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any specific game result or odds display.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on rbajibet are supplied by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. rbajibet acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the underlying game software, RNG systems, or payout percentages, which are the sole responsibility of each respective game provider. Any technical disputes regarding a specific game outcome should be directed to rbajibet support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

rbajibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments will be published at rbajibet/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, rbajibet will provide advance notice via email to all registered players at least 7 calendar days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the rbajibet Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the Agreement.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the rbajibet Privacy Policy and the individual rules applicable to specific games and promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbajibet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
